As Principal of North Ridge Capital, Mitch Leidel is responsible for sourcing opportunities, executing investments with aligned capital partners, developing strong operational teams, and providing strategic leadership. Prior to North Ridge, Mitch held various commercial leadership roles across specialty manufacturing and agribusiness sectors at Cargill and Organic Valley. His experience includes P&L management, strategy & business development leadership, sales operations, and new product innovation.
